WHITE TEA WITH MAPLE

Ingredients
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup + extra for frosting
  • Maple flakes, lightly crushed
  • Ice cubes
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) brewed white tea, chilled
  • 7 ml (1 1/2 teaspoons) lemon juice
  • 20 ml (4 teaspoons) lychee juice

Method
  1. Frost a tall glass by rubbing rim with a little maple syrup, then immediately dipping it in a saucer containing the maple flakes.
  2. Fill glass with ice and add remaining ingredients. 
  3. Mix and serve.
