Pink Grapefruit Salad with Vanilla and Maple Syrup
- Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Pod
- Olive Oil
- Peel 4 pink grapefruit (collect juice)
- then segment before placing in salad bowl on a bed of arugula.
- Mix 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup, scraped out vanilla contents, the collected grapefruit juice, and 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil.
