Maple Water Gelatin with Mixed Berries

Ingredients
  • 2 envelopes plain gelatin
  • 125 ml (½ cup) maple syrup
  • 750 ml (3 cups) NAPSI certified maple water
  • 1 litre (4 cups) fresh mixed berries

Method
  1. Dissolve gelatin in maple syrup in a saucepan, heating until dissolved.
  2. Add maple water and mix well.
  3. Let cool 15 minutes.
  4. Fill 4 tall glasses (250 ml/8 oz.) with fresh berries.
  5. Pour maple water over berries and chill for 2 hours before serving.
