NAPSI - Certified Maple Water and Chai Green Tea Smoothie


Ingredients
  • 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) NAPSI-certified pure maple water
  • 1 spiced chai green tea bag
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana
  • A pinch of salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened coconut milk

Method
  1. Infuse maple water with a bag of chai tea for a few minutes and then remove the sachet.
  2. Put all ingredients and the tea infusion in the blender.
  3. Mix until the texture is smooth and homogeneous, then enjoy!
