MAPLE WHISKY FIZZ


Ingredients
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) maple taffy, at room temperature
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Coureur des Bois Canadian whisky and maple syrup liqueur (or other maple whisky)
  • Sparkling wine, very cold

Method
  1. In a champagne glass, mix the maple taffy and maple whisky with a spoon.
  2. Pour in sparkling wine and serve.
