MAPLE WHISKY FIZZ
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple taffy, at room temperature
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Coureur des Bois Canadian whisky and maple syrup liqueur (or other maple whisky)
- Sparkling wine, very cold
- In a champagne glass, mix the maple taffy and maple whisky with a spoon.
- Pour in sparkling wine and serve.
