Maple Syrup Fruit Dip

Ingredients: 

• 45 ml of maple spread, maple sugar or maple syrup
• 180 ml sour cream (3/4 cup)
• Cinnamon

Method: 

1. In a bowl, put the maple spread, maple sugar or maple syrup.
2. Gradually add the sour cream and stir until you have obtained a smooth mixture.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate until serving time.
4. Try it with fresh fruit (apples, pears, pineapple, peaches, strawberries, orange, etc.), cookies, cake, etc.
