Ingredients

750 g of natural yogurt (low fat)

190 ml (3/4 cup) maple sugar

Method

Combine 750 g of natural yogurt (low fat) with 190 ml (3/4 cup) maple sugar. Transfer the mixture through a sieve (over a bowl) that has been laid with a coffee filter, then refrigerate for 12 hrs.
