Ingredients
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen strawberries or berries
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) cold water
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Serve cold.
