Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup (Golden)
  • Maple sugar, to rim glasses
  • 4 lemon slices
  • Seltzer (or carbonated mineral water)

Method

  1. Rim glasses with maple sugar by moistening the rims with the cut end of a lemon or water, turning over, and pressing the rim into a dish of maple sugar.
  2. Pour lemon juice and maple syrup in the glasses and mix well.
  3. Add lemon slices and seltzer.
