MAPLE ICED TEA

Ingredients
  • 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water
  • 4 green tea sachets
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple sugar
  • 1.5 L (6 cups) cold water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method
  1. Combine boiling water, green tea and maple sugar, then brew for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and set aside.
  3. Add cold water, tea and lemon juice to a pitcher. Mix well and refrigerate.
  4. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices.
