Maple-flavoured Vegetarian Wrap

  • Whole-wheat (or other flavour) tortilla
  • Maple Mustard (see recipe here)
  • Sliced avocado
  • Julienned red bell pepper
  • Minced red onion
  • Watercress

  1. Spread mustard on tortilla.
  2. Top with successive layers of avocado, bell pepper, onion and watercress.
  3. Roll up and refrigerate until serving time.
