Maple duo digestif

Digestif au duo d’érable

Ingredients
  • Peels from 6 clementines
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Maple Whisky Liqueur Coureur des Bois
  • 250 ml (1 cup) maple syrup
  • 250 ml (1 cup) vodka
Preparation time
10 minutes
Method
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a jar. Close jar and let mixture macerate in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  2. Filter the liquor into a carafe. Keep at room temperature.
Additional information
  • Resting time: 2 weeks
  • Makes 1 L (4 cups) 

Serve at room temperature or on ice.
