Maple Berry Ice Pops


Ingredients
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
  • 750 ml (3 cups) plain yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) blueberries

Method
  1. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, yoghurt and lime juice.
  2. Transfer one half into a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a blender, crush strawberries and add to first bowl, then crush blueberries and add to second bowl.
  4. Alternating, pour flavoured yoghurt into ice pop molds and freeze 4 to 6 hours.
