Hugo’s Maple Oatmeal


Ingredients
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) 0 % plain Greek yogurt
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) unsweetened almond beverage
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) oatmeal flakes
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) choice of mixed fruits or berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)

  2. Refrigerate overnight.
