Fruit and maple smoothie


Ingredients
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) maple syrup
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) plain Greek style yogurt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh fruits

Method

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour in a bottle or juice box. Enjoy nicely chilled.
