Fresh Fruit Pizza

Pizza à l’érable et aux fruits

  • 300 g (10 oz.) store-bought pizza dough (or croissant dough)
  • 250 g (9 oz.) of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of maple sugar
  • 8 strawberries, halved
  • 1 kiwi and 1 banana, sliced
  • 12 green (or red) grapes

  1. First, make sure the oven rack is right in the middle of the oven, then turn it to 200 ºC (400 ºF).
  2. Form a ball with the dough, then roll it out with a rolling pin and place it on a pizza pan.
  3. Spread the cream cheese on the pizza round, sprinkle with maple sugar, and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Once it’s cooked, wait a good 5 minutes before you try to eat it, so it can cool a little. Let cool, then arrange fruit on top.
