Banana-Maple Soy Smoothie

Ingredients
  •  2 cups of soy milk
  •  2 bananas
  •  4-6 tablespoons Canadian maple syrup (extra light)

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix in a blender until bananas are pureed. 
  2. Pour into a glass.
