ALL-PURPOSE MAPLE DOUGH
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Beat eggs, maple syrup and butter in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Work in the egg mixture. Use this dough to make the following recipes.
