ALL-PURPOSE MAPLE DOUGH


Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter, melted
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation time
10 minutes
Method
  1. Beat eggs, maple syrup and butter in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Work in the egg mixture. Use this dough to make the following recipes.
