Agar and fruit in maple syrup
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 8 strawberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) blueberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Canadian maple syrup (extra light or light)
1. Put the agar in a colander and drain.
2. Cut the kiwi fruit and strawberries to the same size as the blueberries.
3. Arrange agar, kiwi and strawberries with the blueberries in a bowl and serve with maple syrup.
