NAPSI-certified Maple Water Smoothie
- 125 ml (½ cup) quick oatmeal
- 500 ml (2 cups) NAPSI-certified pure maple water
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen fruit
- 125 ml (½ cup) plain yogurt
- 4-6 ice cubes from NAPSI-certified pure maple water
Soak oatmeal in maple water for 5 minutes. Pour oatmeal and maple water mixture into a blender, add fruit and yogurt, then blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses, add maple water ice cubes and serve immediately.
