Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups of natural yogurt (low fat)
  • 3/4 cup maple sugar

Method

  1. Combine the yogurt (low fat) with maple sugar.
  2. Transfer the mixture through a sieve (over a bowl) that has been laid with a coffee filter, then refrigerate for 12 hours.
